We kindly ask all customers to read this policy carefully before confirming any order or making a payment, as placing an order is considered full acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
1. Nature of Sales
- Sales are exclusively for retailers, store owners, and online resellers – not for individuals or personal use.
- We operate on a wholesale-only basis. No retail services are provided through the website.
2. Payment Policy
- All payments must be made electronically – cash payments are not accepted.
- Payments can be made via Vodafone Cash or bank transfer. Payment details will be sent after order confirmation.
- A 10% deposit is required to confirm and reserve the order.
- Deposits are non-refundable if the customer fails to collect the order within the specified period.
- The remaining 90% must be paid before collection or shipping, as agreed.
3. Delivery & Pickup Policy
- After confirming the order and receiving the deposit, an SMS will be sent with the estimated delivery date.
- If the products are ready in stock, the customer can inspect and collect immediately after paying the remaining balance.
- If the products are not ready, an estimated delivery date will be provided within no more than ___ days.
- Pickup takes place at our designated location or warehouse, unless a special delivery arrangement is agreed upon.
4. Order Cancellation & No-Show
- If the customer does not show up to collect the order within 7 days of the delivery notice, the order will be automatically canceled.
- In this case, the deposit is forfeited and non-refundable to cover preparation costs.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
- Due to the nature of wholesale and customized preparation, returns or exchanges are not allowed after receiving the products.
- Inspection is allowed before receiving the order. If a clear manufacturing defect is found, the item may be exchanged for the same product and quantity within 24 hours of receipt.
- No complaints or exchange requests will be accepted after this period.
6. Product Specs & Pricing
- All listed prices include applicable taxes (if any).
- Details regarding materials, sizes, and colors are listed on the website. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these before confirming the order.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once the deposit is paid, the price will not change.
7. Intellectual Property
- All images, designs, content, and logos on the website are our intellectual property and may not be used, copied, or republished without written permission.
8. Legal Compliance
- All transactions are governed by Egyptian laws and regulations.
- Any disputes will be resolved by the competent judicial authorities within the Arab Republic of Egypt.

10. Samples & Inspection Policy
- You may request a sample (fully paid: item price + shipping) before placing a wholesale order.
- If the bulk order proceeds, the sample cost may be deducted from the final invoice (subject to agreement).
- Samples are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once received.
- Inspection is available only through samples delivered to the customer’s location.
- If the customer insists on inspecting at our premises, a prior appointment must be scheduled, and an acknowledgment form must be signed.
- Once the sample is approved and the order is executed, no complaints regarding materials, sizing, or overall appearance will be accepted.
