No. We only sell in wholesale quantities to businesses, not to individuals or for personal use.

Yes. Each product may have a minimum quantity requirement. Details are provided on the product page or during checkout.

Payments & Deposits

We accept electronic payments only via Vodafone Cash or bank transfer. Cash on delivery is not available.

Yes. A 10% deposit is required to reserve your order. The remaining 90% must be paid before pickup or shipping.

No. If the customer fails to receive the order within 7 days of the delivery notice, the deposit is non-refundable.

Delivery & Pickup

Pickup is available from our warehouse. Delivery can be arranged upon special agreement.

Once your deposit is confirmed, we’ll send an SMS with the estimated delivery or pickup date.

Yes. If items are in stock, you can inspect and collect after paying the remaining balance.

We’ll provide an estimated delivery date, which won’t exceed the specified production time.

If the order is not collected within 7 days of the delivery notice, it will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

No. Due to wholesale and custom preparation, returns or exchanges are not allowed after delivery.

If there’s a clear manufacturing defect, you may request a replacement of the same item and quantity within 24 hours of receiving the order.

No complaints or exchange requests will be accepted after 24 hours from the time of delivery.

Samples & Inspection

Yes. You can request a sample to check quality, sizing, and finishing. The sample cost and shipping are fully paid by the customer.

Yes. If you proceed with the bulk order, we can deduct the sample cost from the total (based on prior agreement).

No. Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Yes, but by appointment only. An inspection form must be signed to confirm your approval upon receiving the goods.

Yes. All materials, sizes, and colors are listed, and it’s the customer’s responsibility to review them before ordering.

Prices may change without prior notice. However, once your deposit is confirmed, your price will not change.

Yes. All displayed prices include applicable taxes.
